
Game Problems?
If you are having any problems or technical issues with the game, this is the place for you.
The first thing to do, whether you are just having problems seeing part of the game or are missing an item, is to go through this list on the Official Forums to see if any of these fixes will help resolve your issue. The forum has answers to gameplay questions and updates on most bugs. There is a wealth of information here and it is the best place to check first when you have a problem.
If you can’t find an answer there, go to the in-game help menu, which on Facebook is in the “HELP” link at the bottom of the game page or the freen “?”. On every other platform the help menu is located under the “FAQs” tab.

Inside the Help tab, make sure you first check the FAQs and Getting Started sections to see if your question is answered there. If it is not solved, click on the “Support” link and select the appropriate category for your problem.

The Support Section will allow you to view some of the commonly submitted inquiries about Sorority Life, as well as send in your report to us. To proceed with sending a report, click on the issue type that best fits the problem you are having with the game. When you do this, the game will display the most commonly submitted inquiries regarding that topic.

If none of the common inquiries are relevant to your issue, click on the No button. This will allow you to submit your report. You will see a form appear that has a few fields to fill out. The more information you can provide here, the better we will be able to assist you.

Please know that at this time it may take between 1-3 days to receive a reply during the week and up to 3-4 days if you send in a report on Friday-Sunday. This doesn’t mean that you won’t get a reply before that timeframe, but there are times when we experience issues with the game that create a larger amount of reports.
