I followed the directions making sure I did everything I was supposed to, and did not get the brownie points for it. I never did one of these offers before because I figured they’d try and screw me over with a “catch.” Not too surprised I was right!

Well I live in a Tri-state area with a major city only 10 mins away… the closest offer to me was over 30 miles away. It’s a good offer but limited choices. Figures!
I also followed through with each step and have not received the brownie points. I was thinking about emailing restaurant.com and then playdom, but what a pain to do regardless ><
I did the special with restaurant.com and never received my BPs. Hopefully the certificate I bought is valid. This is really sad.
I also made a purchase with AT&T which was supposed to give me 92 BPs. Still haven’t received these either. Does anything on BPs work?
Offer promotions valid in different countries, or perhaps to the United States and Mexico, please! We also offer 60 or more BP’s

I also didn’t receive my BPs. This happens to me a lot with various offers, and it’s a shame because even though I know it’s not the fault of the vendor, I still end up with a bad taste in my mouth for both Playdom and the company I’m purchasing from. Bad business!
Worked for me this morning. I bought three $25 certificates which cost me $10 each. (Since you have to spend $30.) I printed my certificates. Then I went back to the House Mom. The BPs showed up when I refreshed.
I didn’t receive my BPs either. It’s so hard to earn BPs that I was really excited to be able to earn 60 in one shot. I guess some things are too good to be true.
I was looking for place to post a not to SL. I would like it if you offered a t-shirt for sale that was SL.

Flori Mini: SL is superslow and I end up with the Olimpic Torch in the Olimpic draw. I had 20BPS hard earned, working on getting the celtic dress that I loved.. The SL has to give me back my BPS or I leave slamming the door! I want my BPS back!!
I bought $75 in gift cards and still did not get my 60 BPs. Is this a ripp off or should I continue to wait? It has alraedy been two days.
i love it that you throw in a new free gift every once in a while, but i’ve also got a big problem… i’m lvl 163 and i’m out of events to do, i’ve finished diamont on every single one… sisters on higher levels tell me there’s no new ones as you lvl up either… so there’s virtualy nothing to play, it’s like i’ve finished the game, and i don’t wanna finish the game! please throw in new events for high levels, please, please, please!

I received mine. I did as someone else suggested and visited the house mom and refreshed.
Did the restaurants.com for BP and did not recieve the 60 pts. I followed the directions and they do indicate that the pts are given immmed. I am still waiting and have contacted trailpay and they say they will get back to me could be days. I have done flowers and gotten bp’s before seems to be a problem. I did refresh etc to no avail that’s when I contacted trailpay…we’ll see.
I did the promotion, bought the 3 gift certificates, and at the end I received an offer for Orbitz…thought I was scammed, but went back into SL and checked House Mom and my 60 points were there like magic. Immediate too.

I’ve earned bp’s before fr SL with no problems. It is the 2nd day and still no bp’s. Restaurant.com is not even listed on my earned bp’s page.
I also did not receive the brownie points for completing the “fabulous deal”. It claims to give immediate credit and I got a conformation email from Restaurant.com and still nothing. I have to say this happens a lot.

Ok…I do not know what’s wrong with some of you people, other than the fact that you are seriously DUMB! If the BPs don’t show up you can click on “Missing Brownie Points” and click on whatever offer it is then fill out the report with the confirmation e-mail, even if it’s from a different offer. It isn’t rocket science. They will reimburse the Brownie Points pretty quickly and then you can stop whining about it on a board that is not meant for complaints! DUH!
EUROPEANS PLAY TOO but is slighted because if we want BPs…our only choice is earn them in game or buy them. No offers stand valid for Europeans. If you allow Europeans to play, allow them offers as well. FAIR IS FAIR!

I agree with the Europeans. Only Americans can do this offer. And I’m not American, I’m Asian. Give people outside of the US some chance to get more BPs with these offers. The only place I can get more BPs is to get them with my phone. And it’s really expensive. RM10 for 15BPs? Do you know how much that is to us Malaysians? Even I don’t spend that much in 1 day. And I spend more money in a day than most of my friends do. You guys are money-crazy!!! You heard that Playdom??!!! Money-crazy!!!!!! >:(
To the harsh and unnecessary rant from “Diana”. What exactly do you think the comment section is for, if not for talking about the offer? You shouldn’t underestimate the intelligence of so many people. These things cleary don’t work the way they should sometimes and yes a lot of us have tried the standard ways of fixing it without success. Maybe you should provide helpful suggestions without your air of superiority and basic foulness.
I tried to do the Restaurant.com pay $30 for $75 worth of certificates and I got the points for doing the other offer from them that only gave me 13 BP’s and I’m very mad and tired of getting ripped off.
after reading all the comments i was scared to purchase anything but found a good deal for one of my favorites restaurant and in less than 5 mins i got my browniesso it does works =)

Same for me, clicked the link thru the home page, got my certificates but no bp. sent in an error report and SL said they had no record of my doing it, that I must have gone there from another place — but i clicked from inside SL. I’ll use the certificates, but doubt I’ll go thru SL for any other offers.
I purchased the gf cards as well….nothing. I sent in complaints and they said they have no record of purchase. So, I sent conf email…and still no bp. Nice ripping off people.
I went to the restaurant.com offer again and hit the customer service button. They will send you an email directing you to a website. Fill out the form. There is a place to copy and paste your confirmation email. Hope this helps.
I did the restaurant.com offer and havent gotten my points either 30 bucks down the drain….I will not let this go quitely this is not good at all!!! I will never pay for another brownie point ever again!!!! Wish I had been made aware of this problem before I purchased.
I was nervous about ordering when i read some of the comments previously posted. I just ordered and was given the 60 BP immediately. Thank you guys for working hard to provide offers that are beneficial to us and that also give us BP.

I am really sick and tired of every special offer going to the USA people, do you main people at Sorority Life know that there are other countries besides America? We also like playing and would love to get free bp’s like the USA citizens but we NEVER EVER get that opportunity. Think long and hard about how unfair it is.
I quit doing any offers for points because (1) I either had to fight with playdom or the company to get them credited on numerous occasions and then never got credited the amount I was supposed to get and (2) offers like doubleday and seattle coffee direct take money out of your account without your knowledge. It is NOT worth it and neither are those surveys that will have everyone calling you or texting you. You are better off buying them or winning them than dealing with these headaches.
I also did the restaurant.com & did receive my gift certificates & confirmation e-mail. I have looked for my points. I have tried the missing brownie points option & guess what, I do not have a link to go to for that. I have gone to Playdom and they can’t help me. I am upset when you have an offer like this right on the home page of the game & it does not get honored. It wasn’t like I went looking for it. I am happy with getting a great value of the gift certificates. I just am very leery about this offers & feel that we are treated as if we are all trying to rip them off when it is the other way around. If you can suggest anything to help get what I was promised, please post here. Thanks & good luck to all.
